The event was attended by Elisa Val\u00eda, Councilor for the Integral Water Cycle in the Valencia City Council; Sara Perales, CEO of Green Blue Management; Samira Khodoyar, director of the Meteorology Group of the Center for Mediterranean Studies (CEAM); and Amparo L\u00f3pez, director of the Department of Hydraulic Engineering and the Environment of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV).
