It brings together worldwide leading experts to share recent advances and experiences, identify emerging technology trends, and address the world&#8217;s water environmental engineering challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this edition, the central theme of the Congress was \u201cFrom Snow to Sea\u201d, linking past with present and focusing attention on the importance of considering the integral water cycle to address present and future challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the special session \u201cGreen Infrastructure and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems\u201d, Miguel Rico, specialist in sustainable drainage at GBM, gave a presentation entitled \u201cIntroducing SUDS guidelines at a local scale: three case studies in Spain\u201d.
