On the occasion of the water week, the “Fòrum de Proximitat: El agua: su reutilización y la economía circular” was held on March 25, organized by Valencia Extra and the Cadena de Valors de À Punt program and sponsored by Acciona. The event was attended by Elisa Valía, Councilor for the Integral Water Cycle in the Valencia City Council; Sara Perales, CEO of Green Blue Management; Samira Khodoyar, director of the Meteorology Group of the Center for Mediterranean Studies (CEAM); and Amparo López, director of the Department of Hydraulic Engineering and the Environment of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). Among other topics, the importance of managing rainwater sustainably through nature-based solutions such as SUDS techniques was discussed.
Also, on March 22, GBM participated in the program Valencia Abierta on the television channel 7teleValencia, which was broadcast on the special occasion of World Water Day.
